Poison for Dinner?

So what’s on the menu for dinner tonight?  Do you know what’s in it?

Anything processed, genetically modified or just plain conventional?

Do you know? How EXACTLY would you know?

Did you read the labels? Did you see what any of the dinner ingredients were exposed to when they were just crops?

How can you be certain whether or not they were doused with  something like weed-killer or insecticide in the fields where they were grown?

If the ingredients that compose your meal are not certified 100% USDA Organic, then congratulations, you just fed your family a heaping helping of poison

Don’t write me off as an alarmist just yet.  Humor me.

Ever heard of something called Glyphosate or Organophosphate?  These chemicals are the main component of insecticides  and herbicides.  It is also the basis of Nerve Agents.  Just to make sure you are paying attention, I will say it again.  It is the basis of NERVE AGENTS.  The same  stuff that your plants are sprayed with is the SAME STUFF USED IN CHEMICAL WARFARE.  If this doesn’t frighten you, then you are a tough nut to crack…so here’s some additional reading material:

“The United States Environmental Protection Agency lists organophosphates as very highly acutely toxic to bees, wildlife, and HUMANS.   Recent studies suggest a possible link to adverse effects in the neurobehavioral development of fetuses and children, even at very low levels of exposure”.

I can’t emphasize this enough…pay attention to what you are putting in your body!

Here’s the basic ingredients to what I am putting into mine today:

So I will ask the question again:

So what’s on the menu for dinner tonight?  Do you know what’s in it?
